Hans Bruintjes

Hans Bruintjes is a Dutch lawyer and researcher working on discrimination against neurodivergent people, with a focus on work and access to employment. He took up the subject because reports and policy papers on inclusion pay almost no attention to neurodivergent people, and he works to turn what he finds into something usable. Out of those findings came NeuroVacant.com, a job board he founded to make it easier for neurodivergent people to find neurodivergent-friendly jobs, alongside SpectrumAssist.
